Regional Sales Manager – Asset Finance – Yorkshire (East Yorkshire preferred)

£60,000 – £70,000 + excellent OTE, car & benefits.

Our client is one of the most well established and respected names within the UK SME asset finance marketplace.

They have an exciting role within the Yorkshire area for a Regional Sales Manager to join their construction/recycling sales team.

The role will be responsible for managing an existing base of customers within the sector, in addition to growing the region through identification and acquisition of new customer relationships.  You will also have responsibility for the day to day management and development of a team of 2 sales people, coaching and mentoring to ensure they achieve their objectives.

You will be an effective negotiator, able to build relationships at all levels, and able to structure and package new business transactions for credit.  In addition, you will have the ability to motivate and drive your team to achieve success.
