Regional Development Manager – Motor Finance – West London (Remote)


To £50k, OTE To c£70k, + Tesla and excellent benefits.

Our client is a well established name in the motor finance sector, who work closely with the AM200 across the UK.

They are looking to appoint a Regional Development Manager to cover the West London area, who will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, securing and developing formal relationships with qualifying dealers in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximising the new business volume opportunity within existing key account relationships:
  • Delivering effective presentations and training sessions to new and existing accounts:
  • Local key account relationship and performance management:
  • Identifying and securing new key account relationships:

The successful candidate will ideally have Business Manager / F+I experience and possess the following qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident presenter
  • Excellent influencer of people
  • 3 Years experience at Business
  • Manager level experience with the Motor Industry
  • Creative & Driven
  • Strategic thinker and planner
  • Organised with effective time management.
  • Positive, can-do attitude
