Regional Development Manager – Motor Finance – M4 Corridor/Home Counties/Wiltshire/Oxfordshire (Remote)

£50,000 – £60,000 + car + annual bonus.

We are recruiting for a well established, innovative provider of motor finance (lender), who are entering an exciting period of growth.

As part of this, we are looking for an experienced motor finance account manager in the South East/West/Home Counties and surrounding areas, who will both identify and acquire new independent motor dealer relationships, in addition to managing and growing existing accounts.

You will be responsible for negotiating terms of business at key decision maker level within your accounts, outlining key USP’s, providing excellent service levels, conducting regular reviews to identify opportunities for growth and sales improvement, and for ensuring you are fully aware of competitor activity in your area and across the industry.
