Recoveries Manager – Asset Finance – Greater London

Our client is the Asset Finance division of a well-established international bank who are recruiting for a  Recoveries Manager.

In this role you will provide Leadership and Management to a small team of Recoveries Account Managers and a Recoveries Team Leader

Manage the bad debt provisioning and w/off proves within the Recoveries Team.

Ensure that the Recoveries function has the relevant external service providers to support operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure there are robust cross functional processes to support the effectiveness of the Recoveries Team.

Implement new and manage existing strategies to ensure the effective recovery of bad debt within the team and within set KPI’s and business metrics.

Make sure the department processes and team’s daily operations and actions are in line with the companies’ code of conduct and external regulations.
