Providence Capital Funding goes live on Leasepath Enterprise

Providence Capital Funding (PCF) has completed its transition to Leasepath Enterprise, a unified platform designed for the equipment finance industry. The implementation replaces a patchwork of legacy systems and manual processes with a single system supporting customer relationship management (CRM), origination, servicing, and accounting.

The company, which operates a hybrid model that includes brokering, discounting, and portfolio servicing, selected Leasepath Enterprise to address inefficiencies and support business growth.

“Leasepath gave me a solution that let my team solve for uploading large lists of information on prospects and customers, while also helping my teams keep data clean and minimise duplicates,” said Ofer Horn, Managing Partner at PCF.

“This means I have a solid base for marketing and business development efforts, while keeping our team aligned in one core, centralised system.”

PCF began its technology upgrade seeking a CRM and origination tool aligned with the needs of equipment finance. As the company evaluated its broader operational requirements, it expanded the scope to include back-office functions like contract servicing and accounting. Leasepath Enterprise was selected for its ability to support the full contract lifecycle and its foundation on Microsoft Dynamics.

“Operationally, we needed to consolidate our processes, remove the workarounds and spreadsheets, and have a basis for more detailed accounting across all our contract types,” said Liz Winkelmann, Director of Operations at PCF. “Leasepath Enterprise gave us the platform for our future.”

The move allows PCF to integrate and streamline processes across departments. Improvements include better data quality for prospecting, elimination of manual entry and spreadsheets, and accounting features tailored to a mix of serviced and non-serviced contracts.
