Jobs Operations Team Leader – Asset Finance – Hybrid working 3 days office based, 2 at home – Eastern Thames Valley offices – 2877 Hybrid Share Salary range up to £75,000 plus benefits and bonus. Our client a leading financier for whom we have successfully recruited for many years across sales , credit and operations roles and to board level are seeking to hire a UK & Ireland Operations Team leader. The operations team you will lead forms part of a wider group of 6 teams located across various juridisctions. You will report to a senior leader based in one of these jurisdictions but have a dotted reporting line into a senior UK based director. The role involves leading a team of 6 UK based staff UK based involved in the management of the processing of all UK and Ireland business from initial drawdown to end of lease activities. To give an idea of the scale of the role the UK and Ireland operations team processes over 1200 transactions a year for customers in both the private and public sector and not only for UK and Ireland based customers but also global customers. Your team will work closely the UK sales team plus finance, legal etc and also with your counterparts in other countries. The above is a high level summary a detailed job is available to share with suitably qualified applicants. Candidate Profile Our clients preferred applicant will have operations experience at leadership level gained within the UK asset finance and leasing sector and preferably in the mid and large corporate space. The above being said we are also willing to consider applicants from those with operational leadership experience gained in related sectors of business to business finance such as motor finance , invoice finance , corporate or commercial banking etc. Exceptional applicants with operational leadership experience gained in consumer finance or even non finance sector applicants may also apply. Whatever your exact background you must have people leadership experience and you must also be located to be able work for 3 days a week from our clients offices located in the Eastern Thames Valley.
