£45,000 – £50,000 plus Bonus and Benefits.

We are working closely with a dynamic and well established player in the Business Finance market in their search for a Marketing Executive. They provide innovative funding solutions for the UK SME market through Business Loans, Asset Finance, and Invoice Finance. During this period of exciting growth, they are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Marketing Executive to help build their brand, engage their audience, and drive business growth.

As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing strategic marketing campaigns, particularly through their Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will also take ownership of their website, ensuring it reflects their brand and is optimized for SEO. Your fresh ideas and innovative approach will help us strengthen their market presence and attract new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns via Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Manage and optimize their website to enhance user experience and improve SEO rankings.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to strengthen their brand identity.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Your background:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within Financial Services or B2B sector.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Experience in website management and SEO best practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and brand building.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
