Associations Kirk Browning to serve on the NVLA Board of Directors Published: 17th January 2025 Share National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA) members voted Kirk Browing to the NVLA Board of Directors during their virtual Annual Membership Meeting on December 10, 2024. The membership voted to approve Kirk Browning, Division President of 1st Source Bank’s Auto, Truck, and Specialty Vehicle Fleet Divisions, to this position. Browning will begin serving his two-year term on January 1, 2025. Browning brings to the role his 40 years of commercial and retail lending experience in the automotive, agricultural, and construction equipment sectors. Prior to joining 1st Source Bank in February 2017, he held credit and sales management positions at Ford Motor Credit Co., Ford New Holland Credit Co., Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, and the Hertz Corporation. He has extensive executive level experience in credit, leasing, rental, and fleet management and is a Certified Lease and Finance Professional C.L.F.P.
