New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist lender in its search for an Internal Broker Account Manager.

Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London (Hybrid)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Profitably develop and grow the broker channel by supporting external Sales and managing allocated accounts
  • Provide telephone-based sales support to BDMs and strategic brokers
  • Collaborate with external BDMs on growth and account plans for strategic brokers
  • Manage and develop assigned broker relationships proactively, identifying incremental business opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets for volume and blended yield
  • Attend external broker meetings as required
  • Promote and train brokers on the company proposition and service
  • Monitor proposal quality and conversion rates, taking corrective action as needed
  • Assist in production of quotations and credit papers; enhance proposals when needed
  • Build a strong LinkedIn profile to promote Asset Finance
  • Complete annual reviews for all allocated brokers

Person Specification:

  • Confident, ambitious, and able to build relationships over the phone or in person
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised self-starter with a sales mentality
  • Empathetic team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Passionate about customer service and the company offering
  • Relevant experience in Financial Services, Asset Finance, or Leasing
  • UK market experience essential
