The successful candidate will also take direct ownership of key accounts, ensuring strong commercial relationships and consistent revenue growth.

• Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in line with growth objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales function to deliver consistent and high-performing results.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and sales channels.
• Maintain and develop key customer relationships at a senior level.
• Mentor and guide the sales team to improve capability, performance, and motivation.

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK Asset Finance industry and relevant B2B funding markets.
• Commercially astute, strategic, and results-driven.
• UK-based experience in financial services/asset finance is essential.
