New Leaf Search is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading provider of funding solutions to UK businesses to recruit a skilled and commercially driven Broker Manager for the Midlands region.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing the business by developing and nurturing broker relationships, delivering asset finance solutions across both soft and hard assets, along with wider financial offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively attend broker meetings and maintain regular contact to generate new business.
• Build, manage, and grow a network of broker partnerships throughout the Midlands.
• Promote a comprehensive range of leasing and hire purchase (HP) products.
• Act as a key liaison between the funder and broker to facilitate successful outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Asset Finance sector.
• Excellent working knowledge of leasing and hire purchase structures.
• Strong financial acumen, including a sound understanding of balance sheets.
• A proactive and relationship-led approach to business development.

Important:
Applicants must have relevant UK-based (in-country) experience in financial services – particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
