New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist finance provider in its search for an Internal Account Executive.

💷 Salary: To £35,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits
📍 Location: UK, South of England (Remote) – Strong applicants who are remotely-based may be considered.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the SME external sales team to attract, negotiate, and convert customer proposals into new business
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers, brokers, accountants, vendors, and other partners
• Manage an assigned portfolio of introducers in partnership with external sales
• Complete risk templates, chase outstanding information, and maintain CRM systems
• Develop knowledge of asset-based finance products, markets, and competitors
• Support business change initiatives to enhance new business performance
• Manage proposal pipeline and deliver agreed KPIs
• Achieve conversion rates and financial targets aligned with business growth goals
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met through accurate, efficient delivery

Person Specification:

• Experience in Financial Services or Internal Sales
• Understanding of Asset Finance products
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Analytical, numerate, and commercially aware
• UK market experience essential
