J3514a – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading financial services group to recruit a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow its Transport sector portfolio, with a focus on dealer/manufacturer channels and stocking finance.

The Role:
You’ll drive strategic growth in the Transport sector, lead a high-performing team, and manage key introducer relationships. You’ll also support the development of retail and stocking propositions while maintaining service quality, credit oversight and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow the Transport sector strategy
• Lead team performance and sales activity
• Manage dealer and manufacturer relationships
• Deliver volume, margin, ROE and service targets
• Oversee credit quality and risk within the portfolio
• Align operations with compliance and business goals

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Demonstrable experience in Transport sector asset finance
✔ Strong knowledge of dealer/manufacturer funding and stocking finance
✔ Team leadership skills and commercial mindset
✔ UK-based experience in asset finance/leasing is essential
