J3432 – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a CSR Manager (18 MFTC) / Full or Part Time.

The ideal candidate will give strong direction and purpose to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda.
You will create and develop existing strategies that promote sustainable values, ethics and governance across our business.
The two main parts of this role are managing both our internal CSR initiatives to ensure maximum employee engagement, alongside the Environment and Social Governance (ESG) commitment and business priority.
You will have previous CSR and ESG experience within a corporate environment
Project Management skills and Change Management Experience would be useful.
Strong and communicative presentation style.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
