Internal Sales Manager-Asset Finance – London

£65,000 plus excellent OTE and Benefits.

Our client is a well-established and growing name in the business lending sector, who are continuing to enjoy considerable success and growth, particularly within their specialist asset finance division.

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an internal sales manager who will be responsible for managing a telephone-based sales team who are responsible for developing new asset finance business by converting warm leads.

The role is responsible for both managing and developing the team, through effective coaching and mentoring, and ensuring they successfully achieve sales targets by driving positive activity and behaviours around customer contact, proactive outbound (warm) calls, deal conversions, and compliance.

The successful candidate will have proven sales leadership experience within a business lending environment (ideally with some asset finance knowledge) – however a hands-on approach and proven ability to drive a dynamic and growing sales function is key.
