Haydock Finance announces new roles to support service delivery

Haydock Finance has announced the creation of four new Deal Fulfilment Manager roles as part of a wider operational restructure designed to enhance service delivery and meet the fast-changing needs of introducers and their SME clients.

Two of the new positions have been filled through internal promotions. Vicky Turner, who has been part of the payout team for over a decade, steps into her new role bringing extensive experience of working with Haydock’s expanding introducer network and a deep understanding of their requirements and expectations.

Bryony Perks, who joined Haydock four years ago, also takes on a Deal Fulfilment Manager role. Beginning her career in Sales Support before progressing into operational roles including Lead Operations Coordinator, Bryony has developed a strong operational skillset and proven leadership capabilities.

Joining the business externally, Kevin Boyd comes to Haydock from DF Capital, where he held several leadership positions supporting the SME market. With a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey, Kevin most recently led a team of Client Managers focused on service excellence.

David Robinson also joins the team, bringing with him over 26 years of experience from Santander’s Business Banking division. David is a seasoned operational leader with a strong customer focus and a deep knowledge of SME lending.
