Florence Roussel Pollet joins BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has announced the appointment of Florence Roussel Pollet, who officially joined the company on June 16, 2025.

She is set to be appointed President of CNH Industrial Capital Europe, a strategic position that places her at the helm of one of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions’ most critical joint ventures. She also joins the Executive Committee of the Equipment & Logistics Solutions International Business Line.

Florence will succeed Mariusz Tarasiuk, who has been named CEO of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions DACH region. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as CNH Industrial Capital Europe looks to expand its footprint and accelerate growth across key European markets.

Operating under the CNH Capital and IVECO CAPITAL brands, CNH Industrial Capital Europe provides tailored financing solutions in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom. These offerings, ranging from hire purchase to finance and operating leases, are critical enablers for CNH and IVECO customers seeking flexible, efficient equipment financing.

Florence’s new role includes leading a well-established joint venture between CNH Industrial Capital Europe and BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, which plays a vital role in facilitating the sale and deployment of CNH’s machinery and Iveco Group’s commercial vehicles.

Jean-Michel Boyer, Head of the Equipment & Logistics Solutions business line at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, expressed his enthusiasm for Florence’s appointment. “I am delighted to welcome Florence to the company,” he said.

Florence Roussel Pollet brings over three decades of experience in asset finance and equipment leasing. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at BPCE Equipment Solutions, where she directed the global sales strategy across 14 operating entities and oversaw operations in major international markets, including the US, Brazil, China, and Hong Kong. She also led Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives at the company.
