(CSI) has announced several officer promotions based at the company’s global headquarters in St. Louis. Bill Elmore has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Applications Development. Elmore, formerly Vice President of Applications Development, leads a team of developers responsible for maintaining CSI’s suite of digital tools, including the customer-facing platform, MyCSI. With 26 years at CSI, Elmore brings a wealth of technical and strategic expertise. Before joining the company, he was an engineer at Mallinckrodt Chemical Co. and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Yvonne Tedder has been named Vice President, Human Resources, after serving as Director of Human Resources. In her expanded role, she will continue driving CSI’s global HR strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Tedder joined CSI two years ago and previously served as Director of Human Resources at Precoat Metals. She holds a master’s degree in human resources development and management from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in child development from Florida State University. Outside of work, Tedder is active in the community, serving on the board of directors for The Bennett Project and on the board HR committee for FamilyForward. Deb Wess has been promoted to Vice President, Accounts Receivable. Wess, who was previously Assistant Vice President, continues to oversee invoicing operations for CSI’s U.S. and Canadian clients. With an impressive 37-year tenure at CSI, she brings deep institutional knowledge and expertise to her role. Wess earned her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Ryan Bauer steps into the role of Assistant Vice President, Multinational Credit Officer. Formerly holding the same title without officer designation, Bauer evaluates credit for CSI’s multinational clients and new global ventures. He brings over eight years of experience with CSI, having also held credit and finance roles at Central Bank of St. Louis and Saint Louis Bank. Bauer earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business. Michelle Keen has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, International Accounting Manager. Keen has led CSI’s international accounting efforts for several years, managing the consolidation of financials for all foreign subsidiaries. She previously held accounting roles at Ernst & Young, Design Ideas, and First National of Nebraska. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, business, economics, and law. Keen has been with CSI for a total of six and a half years.
