Chad Simon joins Gordon Brothers as Senior Managing Director, Transactions

Gordon Brothers, the global asset experts, has announced that Chad Simon has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director, Transactions.

In his new role, Simon will help structure complex transactions that leverage Gordon Brothers’ full suite of asset capabilities to deliver tailored financial solutions for clients and partners. He will also lead efforts to develop lending solutions that complement the firm’s existing asset-based lending facilities across North America and oversee distressed transactions in the region, including new capital deployment and the management of existing financing facilities.

Based in Boston and New York City, Simon brings nearly 20 years of experience as an attorney specializing in financial restructuring, workouts, and distressed asset transactions. Before joining Gordon Brothers, he was a partner at Otterbourg P.C., representing banks, private equity investors, and fiduciaries in complex restructuring and financing matters.
