As an Area Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s success by managing and developing relationships with equipment suppliers in the soft asset market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make their mark in a buoyant industry and drive business growth in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with equipment suppliers to ensure mutual success and long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within your assigned territory, focusing on target accounts and closing deals effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings and strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring our solutions to meet them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in asset finance or equipment leasing.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated ability to close new business and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • An understanding of the soft asset marketplace
