On his first official day as Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis N.V., Antonio Filosa has unveiled a refreshed leadership team, signalling a bold new chapter for the global mobility powerhouse. The new executive structure takes immediate effect and is designed to sharpen the company’s global competitiveness while staying deeply rooted in regional expertise and customer focus.

“It is my great privilege to take the lead of Stellantis, a global company with deep regional roots,” said Filosa.

“We have unique strengths in our great people, our iconic brands, and our millions of customers… all of which inspire us to new achievements.”

The announcement builds on organisational updates made in February and reflects a clear strategy to empower decision-making close to markets while leveraging Stellantis’ scale, innovation, and multi-brand legacy. Filosa emphasized a “people-first mindset” and the entrepreneurial energy of the newly appointed team.

Filosa, who retains his role as head of North America and American Brands, leads a seasoned and strategically structured executive team that includes:

  • Arnaud Deboeuf – continues as head of Manufacturing.
  • Xavier Chéreau – remains in charge of Human Resources and Sustainability.
  • Clara Ingen-Housz – joins SLT as head of Corporate Affairs & Communications.

In addition to the leadership team, four key executives will report directly to the CEO:

  • Ralph Gilles – head of Design.
  • Olivier François – head of Marketing.
  • Alison Jones – now leads Parts & Services and Circular Economy.
  • Giorgio Fossati – General Counsel.

Veteran executive Richard Palmer will remain involved as a strategic advisor to the company.

Filosa also acknowledged the departure of two long-serving executives, Maxime Picat and Béatrice Foucher, thanking them for their “notable contributions” and years of dedicated service to the company.

“With the talent and passion of this team, we will harness our multiple strengths to make Stellantis one of the winners in this next era,” Filosa said.
