McGale joins as a key member of the newly expanded Irish team, bringing with her deep cross-border expertise and a proven track record of helping businesses secure critical funding to support growth and operations. Since beginning operations in the Republic of Ireland in January, AS Finance Ireland has already facilitated transactions worth several million euros, underscoring both the market demand and the company’s rapid integration into the Irish financial landscape.
