Allane Mobility Group, a provider of vehicle leasing and full-service mobility solutions in Germany, has reported robust growth in its operating business for the 2024 financial year. The company achieved significant increases in both its Group contract portfolio and consolidated operating revenue, underpinned by strong performance in its Captive Leasing segment.

As of December 31, 2024, the Group contract portfolio grew by 14.1% year-on-year to 143,500 contracts, up from 125,800 in 2023. This expansion was driven predominantly by the Captive Leasing segment, reflecting the increasing demand for Allane’s flexible and comprehensive mobility offerings.

This growth translated into a notable 33.5% rise in consolidated operating revenue, which climbed to €457.6 million from €342.7 million the previous year. Overall consolidated revenue, which includes vehicle sales, rose by 20.7% to €747.3 million (2023: €619.2 million).

“The strong growth in Captive Leasing shows that we have set the right course for the future with our strategic orientation,” said Eckart Klumpp, CEO of Allane SE.

“The expansion of our contract portfolio reflects the high relevance of our mobility solutions and forms the basis for further profitable growth. At the same time, we are working intensively to make our business model even more robust against market fluctuations – especially with regard to the development of vehicle residual values.”

Despite the operational growth, the company reported consolidated earnings before taxes (EBT) loss of –€49.3 million, compared to a positive €12.6 million in 2023. The decline was primarily due to unscheduled write-downs stemming from the decreasing residual values of electric vehicles – a challenge faced across the automotive industry. However, consolidated EBITDA rose sharply by 45.7% to €322.0 million (2023: €221.0 million), demonstrating the underlying strength of the core business.

Sales revenue from lease returns and marketed vehicles grew modestly by 4.7% to €289.7 million, supported by stable unit prices and slightly higher volumes.

Looking ahead, Allane Mobility Group is forecasting continued momentum in 2025. The company expects its contract portfolio to grow to between 150,000 and 170,000 contracts, while consolidated operating revenue is projected to range from €570 million to €620 million. Importantly, the company anticipates a return to profitability with an EBT forecast between €25 million and €35 million.
