AFPA Trust’s BIG Cycle moves to October

The AFPA Trust has officially moved The BIG Cycle to October, and the new date is already proving popular with riders across the asset finance industry. Originally scheduled for earlier in the year, the event will now take place from 1st–5th October 2025, and thanks to overwhelming demand, more riders have joined the challenge—bringing the total to 18 participants and counting.

Dubbed the largest-ever organised cycle ride in the asset finance industry, The BIG Cycle 2025 will see cyclists journey from London to Paris, pedalling through scenic routes via Calais and Amiens.

The event combines physical challenge with professional networking, personal achievement, and a shared goal of raising funds for charitable causes supported by AFPA Trust.

Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a first-time long-distance rider, the event promises an inclusive and unforgettable experience. Riders will be grouped by ability and led by professional guides to ensure safety, support, and camaraderie throughout the ride.

Participants can choose between two entry options:

Fundraising Route: £350 entry fee + a minimum fundraising commitment
Self-Funded Route: £1,950 total cost with no fundraising required
