Based in Philadelphia, the three new hires will lead sales activity across key US regions – the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, Midwest, and Southwest. Peter Austin will oversee the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast territories, bringing nearly two decades of experience from Siemens Financial Services. With a background spanning financial services, automotive, and IT sectors, Peter will focus on driving regional growth and supporting clients with innovative, value-added insurance solutions. Shawn O’Neill, who will lead business development in the Midwest, joins Acquis with a strong track record in strategic sales. His previous roles include Strategic Sales Manager at North Star Leasing and Enterprise Account Executive at LANStatus, where he built extensive expertise in fostering customer relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. In the Southwest, Thomas Griffith brings a wealth of experience from a distinguished career in asset finance and leasing. His previous positions include senior roles at DLL, Siemens, and nearly 19 years as Vice President of Business Development at Phillips Medical Capital.
