Acquis appoints Alexander Nielsen to lead DACH region

Based in the German-speaking region, Nielsen will lead business development and client engagement efforts, reporting to Martin Lehnert, European Sales Director at Acquis’ European headquarters in Amsterdam.

Nielsen joins Acquis with more than 25 years of experience in the leasing industry. He has held senior commercial and management roles across Europe, bringing an extensive background in risk management, business development, and international expansion.

Most recently, he served as Senior Sales Manager at Creditreform in Neuss, where he managed relationships with leasing companies and represented the organisation at the German Federal Association of Leasing Companies (BDL). Earlier in his career, he helped establish international subsidiaries and served as Managing Director for leasing operations in the Baltic states, Hungary, and Romania.

Commenting on his new role, Nielsen said he was eager to help expand Acquis’ tailored insurance solutions across the region.
