Jobs Account Manager – Motor Finance – North West London Office-based Share £38k to £40k, OTE £75k. My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their sales team as part of an important new operational function to further enhance their service levels and help drive further growth. This is an important role reporting to the Head of Introducer Sales and an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious customer focused individual to build a career in the financial services industry. The Account Manager will provide pro-active day-to-day sales orientated support to new and existing fast growing business Introducers comprising of both motor dealers and finance brokers. They will work closely and in partnership with Business Development Managers as the internal anchor and first point of operational contact for key Introducers primarily operating as a dealer outsourced business manager and liaising directly with End User customers on behalf of the key dealer introducer using a personalised concierge approach and be responsible for the E2E sales process and customer journey. In addition, developing and maintaining excellent relationships by providing exceptional levels of support with all aspects of the sales funnel journey from quotations, proposals, deal status updates through to payout and live contracts. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Primary internal contact for your assigned key introducer accounts To assist key Introducers with business origination from quotation & proposal through to pay out stage To operate as a dealer outsourced business manager and liaise directly with End User customers on behalf of the key dealer introducer using a personalised concierge approach and be responsible for the e2e sales process and customer journey. Handle a high volume of emails and phones in relation to customer transactions within the targeted SLA response times Communicate effectively with other internal departments to ensure smooth day to day operations Provide exceptional and market leading service levels to Key Introducers and End Users through an enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable approach at all times To acquire and onboard new key accounts and the development of existing relationships within our market sector where an outsourced business manager service is requested To generate profitable business through a proactive and “can do” attitude Key Experiences and Knowledge: Previous experience & track record in Motor Finance Sales and/or Sales Support, preferably in the high end and luxury sector Experience gained in Point-of-Sale Motor Finance is desirable whether that is through a dealer, a broker or a manufacturer Knowledge of the car buying process and where Financial Services sits within that is highly desirable Knowledge of the legislative framework (Consumer Credit Act, Anti Money Laundering Act etc.) is an advantage Please contact Vicky on vicky@thcrecruitment.co.uk for more information.
